2. Photo and Face Data Processing

2.1 How We Process Face Data

GlowMe allows users to upload images for glow-up analysis using artificial intelligence (AI). These images are:

• Converted to a base64-encoded format for processing
• Securely transmitted via API to for analysis
• Processed in real-time, generating structured insights and recommendations

2.2 Retention of Face Data

• We do not store your images on our servers or maintain a cloud database.
• Face data is immediately discarded after processing by OpenAI.
